Capital City Junk Pros is a booking line, not a hauling company. Calls, messages and quote requests to this site go to a booking desk, not to a crew: the desk gets back to you, takes the details, and passes the job to an independently owned junk removal business in the area, which quotes it and does the work. The crew owns its truck and runs its own jobs; this site's job is to send it the calls and to hold it to those three promises.
The crew was chosen the way you would choose one yourself. It had to give a written price up front with the disposal fee inside it, say where a load goes when it leaves your driveway, and show up when it said it would. We keep one crew per part of the metro so you are never passed from a dispatcher to a subcontractor, and if a crew starts missing appointments, changing prices after loading or leaving driveways dirty, it is dropped and the line goes to another one.
A call goes like this. You describe the job or send a photo, and the crew comes back with a firm number, usually within the hour during the day. You pick a slot: a single item can often go the same day, a garage or a house is booked within a day or two, and a roll-off dumpster is delivered on boards the same or the next day. On the day, the crew carries everything out from wherever it sits, sweeps up, and takes card payment after a photo of the cleared space. You do not have to be home.
The service area is Jackson and the metro: Ridgeland, Madison, Flowood, Brandon, Pearl, Clinton and Byram, and the neighborhoods in between, from Belhaven and Fondren to the subdivisions along Highway 51 and Lakeland Drive. Prices are the same everywhere in that area; a pickup in Clinton costs what the same pickup costs in Eastover.
Two honesty points worth stating plainly. The price you are quoted is the price you pay, with no dump fee added at the end. And nothing usable is buried: working appliances and decent furniture go to donation partners in the metro that will take them, metal and cardboard are recycled, and the crew can tell you where a load went. If anything about a job is not right, call the same number and say so; that is the whole reason the line exists.
